Saint Stephen's boys soccer team won its seventh regional championship and second in three years Friday when the Falcons beat host Vero Beach St. Edward's 2-0 in the Class 2A-Region 3 final.Jorge Zavala and Sam Lynch scored for Saint Stephen's, which did not allow a goal during the regional tournament.
The Falcons head to Pepin Stadium at the University of Tampa on Wednesday to face Jacksonville Providence in a state semifinal. That game will be played at either 5 p.m. or 7:15 p.m.
