Prep softball: District finals pairings

Kirsten Samuels and Saint Stephen's will play for the Class 3A-District 10 softball title Friday when they face Bradenton Christian at 6 p.m. at State College of Florida.
Listed below are the district championship pairings featuring area schools. The finalists have qualified for next week's regional tournament, with the district champion hosting and the runner-up having to travel.

THURSDAY

Sarasota at Braden River, 7 p.m.
FRIDAY
CLASS 6A-DISTRICT 12
Palmetto at Lakewood Ranch, 7 p.m.
CLASS 5A-DISTRICT 12
Bayshore at Dunedin, 7 p.m.
CLASS 3A-DISTRICT 10
Saint Stephen's vs. Bradenton Christian, 6 p.m. at State College of Florida.
