Bradenton Christian senior Daniel Magley earned third-team honors on the Class 1A all-state boys basketball team, which was unveiled Monday. The team was put together by the Orlando Sentinel and sourcehoops.com with input from newspapers around the state.
The 6-foot-2 Magley averaged 19.6 points, 8.6 rebounds and 6.2 assists in helping the Panthers, who got off to a 4-8 start, to the Region 2 final.
Magley leaves BCS as the program's all-time leader in assists (446), and is second all-time in points (1,647).
One all-state team will be released per day for the remainder of the week.
