All of tonight's prep sporting events have been called off because a severe weather and tornado watch, according to a release issued by the School District of Manatee County.
The district cancelled all of its after-school events, including Open House nights and a financial forum at Palmetto, as well as the sporting events.
Today's boys district soccer games involving Bayshore, Bradenton Chrisian, Braden River and Palmetto have been pushed to Wednesday.
The Manatee County wrestling tournament will be wrestled Wednesday at Southeast. The tournament was slated to begin tonight.
