Softball: Regional semifinals

JoJo Muldoon and Bayshore's softball team are eyeing a return to Class 5A-Region 3 championship game.

Three area softball teams remain in the hunt for a state championship and continue their quest Tuesday during the regional semifinals. Game time is 7 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
Winners advance to the regional finals, scheduled for Friday, May 2.
The softball state semifinals and finals will be played May 7 through May 10 at Historic Dodgertown in Vero Beach.

Lakewood Ranch at Tarpon Springs East Lake
THE WINNER PLAYS: Melbourne or Fort Myers

CLASS 5A-REGION 3
St. Petersburg Lakewood at Bayshore
THE WINNER PLAYS: Cape Coral or Wauchula Hardee

CLASS 3A-REGION 3
Moore Haven at Saint Stephen's, 4 p.m.
THE WINNER PLAYS: St. Petersburg Admiral Farragut or St. Petersburg Catholic
