Tommy Bernhardt and the Braden River Pirates are the top seed heading into the Class 7A-District 11 tournament, which gets underway Monday.
Another top seed - Bradenton Christian. After Cardinal Mooney was penalized by the Florida High School Athletic Association for using ineligible players, the Panthers received an automatic bye to the championship game of the three-team district, along with a berth in the regional tournament.
Listed below are the area pairings with seeds in parentheses. The top two finishers head to the regional tournament, which gets underway Thursday, Feb. 16.
